I have a unique advantage as I was raised in San Jose, California, started my career in the Bay Area, and now call the Central Valley my home. I understand the fast-paced real estate market in the Bay Area and its established practices for conducting business. As a Central Valley resident, I have helped many Bay Area families achieve homeownership and settle there, just like I did. Rapid growth can challenge the real estate market in some areas. Still, my experience navigating all aspects of it in both a Seller's or Buyer's Market, for both resale and new build negotiations, comes from years of practice.
