Jamie Knight

Managing Broker with 9+ years experience, Jamie is recognized and respected professional in the Middle TN area. In 2015, Jamie purchased 3 EXIT franchises in Donelson, Hermitage and Old Hickory.  In addition to her Broker's designation, she is a MCNE and CMRS. Jamie is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, National Association of REALTORS, Tennessee Association of REALTORS, Robertson County Association of REALTORS, Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS, Williamson County Association of REALTORS, Eastern Middle Association of REALTORS and the Women's Council of REALTORS- serving as President-Elect. 

Jamie earned her Associates degree in Accounting. As an Accountant, Jamie worked with contractors and their clients. Jamie obtained valuable skills that she applies on a daily basis as a REALTOR. Most importantly, I learned to listen, she says. Working with people understanding their needs and motivations, then determining the best solution for everyone involved. Growing-up in the Nashville area and developing an intense respect for the beauty, culture and people, Jamie knew she wanted to help others experience the privilege of home ownership. While superlative communication and negotiation abilities contribute to her success, Jamie credits her knowledge of the Middle Tennessee area and teamwork with EXIT Realty Lakeside as a prime factor in achieving her position at the top of her profession. Jamie works closely with military clients and first time home buyers and continues maintaining her rank in the top 5 of closed ends and listings in her EXIT office.

Married and having two adult sons, she considers her family to be her first priority and enjoys her passion of travel and assisting those in need. Continuously engaged in giving back, Jamie is actively involved with community and youth organizations, Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club and the Nashville Rescue Mission.
