Bob Falter, CRS, GRI, Broker Associate/REALTOR®
Bob Falter is a licensed Connecticut and Massachusetts real estatebroker and a certified Massachusetts real estate instructor.
Bob retired as a Captain (O-6) from the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service in 2001. He received his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University and his Ph.D. from Walden Universitys Institute for Advanced Studies. After serving as a healthcare administrator, correctional health care administrator, and licensed nursing home administrator he made a career change to residential real estate in 2004. He volunteers at UMassMemorial Medical Center in their Pastoral Care Department and serves on the Board of Assessors in Brookfield.
His primary focus is working with Buyers, Investors and Sellers in the residential real estate market utilizing the skills and experience gained over 12 years:
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS),
Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI),
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR),
Military Relocation Professional (MRP),
Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and
Short Sale Foreclosure Certification (SFR), and others.
He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR), the Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (CMAR), and the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).
