Lee Ann Ward

I started my Real Estate Career with EXIT Realty Leaders in 2002. I was very involved with our Local and State Realtors Associations serving on many committees.  In 2005 I helped charter the Women's Council of Realtors Nature Coast Chapter where I eventually went on to serve as Chapter President. I was also privileged to be appointed by the President of the Florida Association of Realtors as State RPAC Chairman. In 2006 I was elected as a Director for our Local Board of Realtors, serving until I was elected as President Elect in 2010.

In 2008 I went back to college and completed my Paralegal degree.  I worked completing Family Law documents and in 2016 I purchased a small business and enjoy giving my customers one on one service.

I took some time away from real estate to focus on raising my daughter. She is now a teenager and I again have the time needed to dedicate to the profession that I love!
