Ivey Hayes

Hey, I am Ivey Hayes a new affiliate broker with EXIT Realty Stumbo and Co.

I am a Rhea County native who was born and raised here. I moved away for college but of course ended up coming "home" to this wonderful county to raise our children. I will give you a little background information on myself. Before pursuing my new real estate career, I was an RN for 13 years. I decided to make this wonderful career switch and pursue something that I have always been interested in. I know my degree and years of being a nurse and working with the public, will help me be a great agent because my priority has always been to help others.

I am married to my husband Tommy and have two wonderful boys, Pierce

(11) and Fletcher (2). We have lived in Spring City now for 5 years on Watts Bar Lake. We enjoy being outdoors and love all watersports. We try to stay indoors the least amount possible and exploring everything beautiful East Tennessee has to offer!

My husband and I have bought and sold multiple times within the last few years with our current home being a foreclosure on Watts Bar. I really feel like living on Watts Bar Lake has given me a passion for this area. I can not only show you a home by land but also by water so you can fully appreciate the home and the property. I know how stressful home buying/selling can be, but I will be available to you to answer your questions and make the process smooth.
