Sarah Messer

Sarah Askew Messer, of EXIT Realty Heart Properties, based in Ocean Springs, Ms. Sarah has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client?s needs first.

As a wife to her wonderful husband, and mom to two amazing children, she loves to stay busy.  She has been a part of the Ocean Springs School District  and also enjoys owning her own business where she makes t-shirts, tumblers, and much more in her spare time, afterward she began work in real estate to pursue her passion. Passionate about the Gulf Coast, Sarah has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client?s expectations.

Active in the community, Sarah is a proud part of the National Cervical Cancer Coalition (NCCC) in an effort to bring awareness to women on the importance of routine check-ups. Sisters helping sisters fix their crown. 

In her free time, Sarah is an avid motorcyclist who loves to take weekend trips with her husband  and she also enjoys reading and traveling. Spending time in the Smoky Mountains together with her friends and family as well as her fur babies Thor, Harley, and Sarge. Family is never something Sarah takes for granted; she enjoys being able to help clients find a place to fit all their needs and a place to call home. She is a firm believer in the saying "There is no place like home."
