As a life long resident of central Massachusetts, and full time
Realtor for the past 10 years, my knowledge of local housing markets is complete.
I am in my element with antique homes and country properties, and have experienced
my own home renovations, including land development plans.
I have sold homes from Hardwick to Shirley, and everything in between,
with recent sales in Holden, Princeton,and Hubbardston.
Every transaction is a learning experience for me, and with a background in Education,
(BS in Education from Lesley University, Cambridge, Ma),and skills in research,
I am able to assist my clients with each and every phase of the
sales transaction. Known as a tough negotiator, I creatively bring contracts to the signing
phase and on to close.
I earned my Accredited Buyer Designation and love to work with first time
buyers, helping them to acquire their first home. I am also GREEN certified, with a
special sensitivity to green home building and retro fitting, and the use of solar/heat pump/
wind energy for the best utilization of natural resources.
My hobbies include hiking, kayaking, tri-athalon competition, gardening, & reading.
