Verisa Reynolds

Verisa Reynolds, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Clarksville, has been in the real estate business since High School when she worked for a Real Estate Developer and Builder in Northern California. Next she worked in Real Estate Development and Commercial Leasing after a military relocation to Colorado Springs. With another relocation to New York, Verisa learned another aspect of the business working for an attorney's office where she prepared closing documents for Purchases, Refinances, and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs). After settling down in Clarksville she found her current husband and began working with him in his construction company, Reynolds Home Builders, LLC. He taught me everything, Verisa says, how to order brick, how to measure for trim, which way a door should swing open, where to place electrical switches. He was teaching me how to build a house from ground zero to the finished product. They have worked together to develop many subdivisions in Clarksville including single family, multi-family, and commercial properties. In 1995 Verisa earned her real estate license. What began as a smart decision to list the homes they built blossomed and Verisa found her calling. Due to her extensive knowledge and passion for the business, Verisa and her husband were chosen to be the franchisees for the EXIT Realty brokerage in Clarksville where they opened their office in March of 2005. Together they have three daughters, two with real estate licenses and one who is in school now. Amber, Elizabeth, and Ashley support Mom as the administrative team for the office. As they grow a family business with the strength of an international corporation, Verisa and her team know that with knowledge, experience, training, education and communication, success can be accomplished and dreams do come true. Over the years Verisa has been honored to receive several awards, not only for herself but for her brokerage as well; they have been named EXIT Brokerage of the Year for the States of TN and KY 4 years running. While Verisas personal awards are too extensive to list individually, she has been amongst the Top 10 agents or better for Listings Taken, Listings Sold, Buyers Represented, Sales Volume, Units Sold, and Gross Commission Income every year for many years running. In the national awards Verisa has ranked in a higher award category every year progressing from Silver to Platinum and achieving the Sapphire Circle Designation in under 3 years with EXIT. Verisa and her office are licensed in the states of TN and KY, and also offer property management services. They are members of the Local, State, and National Associations of REALTORS® and the local MLS Boards. Verisa and her office are involved in the community with Habitat for Humanity and to date EXIT Realty has donated over $2 Million to this cause and built more than 10 Habitat Homes.
