Patricia Richard

As Broker for Exit Success Realty in Hernando County, I would like to introduce myself. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, I lived and was raised in Torrington, Connecticut. I moved to Holiday, Florida in January 1969 and later moved to Tarpon Springs. I became a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson in August 1979 and became a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker in September 1980 before moving to Spring Hill in August 1980. I joined Exit Success Realty in August 2002 as a Broker-Associate, and later became an Office Manager of one of our offices.  I am a proud mother of three and Nana to nine grandchildren. My "free" time is enjoyed with my family, friends, and my pets. Going to a good movie, sitting with a new book or magazine, shopping (never forget shopping!), or dining out helps me succeed at living a rewarding and fulfilling life...and EXIT SUCCESS REALTY is a bonus to it all.
