I was born and raised in Iredell County so I know the area well, and that is a huge asset to my buyers and sellers. Knowing the area well and the markets in those areas bring an expertise that many agents simply do not have. I have several years of experience, many of those in a depressed market and still have had great success. I am a big believer in education, and feel it is important to stay abreast of the issues that this market has had to deal with, and then tackle them head on. However, we have been fortunate that we have not seen the market conditions that so many other parts of the country have seen.
While I do work with many first time home buyers, I specialize in existing home sales and bank owned properties. Over the years I have found a running theme among my clients; there are usually three areas of the most concern... I call these the Terrific Three.

To me, each client is a person, not a listing or a number... that is why relationship is so important. Marketing is pretty self-explanatory, and every listing needs an extraordinary marketing plan, you will be excited about mine. And finally, service, this is where a good agent is separated from an average one. Many homes sit on the market for longer than anticipated, I would like to guarantee that yours won't, but there are no guarantees. We are just a short drive to the Blue Ridge Mountains or the Smokies, and a few hours drive to some pretty nice beaches, if I must say so myself. We are situated near two major interstates that will get you to several larger cities in an hour or less! I have recently taken up running (what was I thinking?) and I LOVE going to yard sales to see what treasure I can find! We are entering into a new season in our lives with our oldest starting kindergarten! So we will see what new adventures that brings us.
