Molly Hoskins

I have been representing both buyers and sellers in the Real Estate market in the Deridder, Louisiana area since 2017.  Working from North Toledo Bend all the way South to the gulf, my territory includes the City of Deridder, Leesville, Lake Charles, Sulphur as well as the US Army Base - Ft. Polk.

I have been working in the Housing Industry since 1996, with experience in title insurance, property management, construction and remodeling, and property inspections.  In the past, I have served on the Board of the Southwest Louisiana Apartment Association (SWLAAA) and well at the Louisiana Affordable Housing Management Association (LAHMA).  In 2021, I begin a three-year term on the Greater Ft Polk Area Realtors Board (GFPAR).

In 2016, I was honored to receive the SWLAAA Manager of the Year Award.  Following my first year in Real Estate, I received the Million Dollar award from GFPAR and following I have received the Multi-Million Dollar Award from GFPAR.  I specialize in First Time Home Buyers, taking the extra time with them to educate and inform them of the process of home buying and helping them feel completely equipped for home ownership.

I chose EXIT Real Estate Consultants after interviewing with several different real estate companies.  I especially loved my Brokers passion and knowledge for the real estate industry.  I have continued to be impressed with the extent of training EXIT provides to its agents.  Above all, the technology advancement has me sold!  EXIT continues to advance and keep up with our ever-changing face of technology and its uses in our industry. 

I am family centered.  Together my husband and I have raised 4 children while moving with the military and finally settling in Southwest Louisiana.  We own and operate a property management business, specializing in flipping houses, managing rental accounts, home improvements and consulting work.  We are active in our community, engaging in volunteer work.  We also are leaders for the local chapter of The Compassionate Friends, a support group helping families grieve the death of a child.

I love traveling, especially our annual family vacations.  Anything near the beach is a perfect day for me.  Although my free time is limited, I also love to read, exercise and try new hobbies whenever I can!
