I am an experienced realtor, real estate investor and renovation company owner. I enjoy helping clients prepare their properties for market as well as helping them to buy or sell a property. I love what I do and it shows! My commitment to my clients is evidenced by the many recommendations I have from past clients.
In addition to being a licensed realtor, I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert which allows me to represent my clients well in the transaction of selling or buying a home. Since it is probably the largest monetary transaction of most people's lives, it is so important that the realtor chosen be educated and professional. I also have a graduate degree from Columbia University which prepared me well for any chosen profession. I believe that my education and experience is leaps and bounds above the majority of licensed realtors.
