Who is Linda Bruno?

I am a member of a very large family consisting of over 400 people in the Prince William, Stafford, Fredericksburg area. Our family has lived in Virginia for over 240 Years. I have travelled extensively as a military wife and have a broad knowledge of how people from all over, think and work. This helps me tremendously to understand the buyers and sellers who seek real estate assistance. I started my career in the Winchester, Virginia area where I obtained the status of Top REALTOR for 10 consistent years. I then moved back to Fredericksburg, Virginia where I continued my careet at such companies as Long & Foster, and my final home of EXIT Realty Group. Like myself, they have strong work ethics, devoted to their clients and put ego last.

I have had my own real estate corporation for 20+ years and consistently sell in the top 20% of the real estate market with 80% of my business in referrals. Clients who are happy are better than any ad in the world.

I strongly believe in the internet, open houses, broker's opens and networking. I also believe in the old verbage, If you can't do it right, don't do it at all". I apply this to listings that I take and buyers that I work with.

I find my job rewarding and I can never imagine doing anything but real estate full time. My average listing time is 10 to 30 days in a normal market and in a normal price range. Obviously million dollar properties or nitch properties take much longer due to their pricing. My most important asset is my company and how hard I will personally work to get the job done. There is no job too big or too small to tackle. My client's referrals are how I stay in business and will stay in business for many years to come.
