Tammy Ackerman

After several years of representing clients from the legal side of residential and commercial real estate as a certified paralegal, Tammy Ackerman became a licensed realtor with only two things on her mind; clarity and value, first finding clarity in every situation and seeking value of representation to each and every client. This year marks a "turning point" in Tammy's life in the real estate business and the key point is in the development of influence in sales and representation.  Tammy is truly the Professional's Professional who goes the extra mile for each and every client  she treats her clients with the fiduciary status and duty that the law requires and her heart follows.

Tammy is a graduate of Presentation College of South Dakota, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business, following with completing a Master's Program in Public Administration with DeVry/Keller University of Management, Chicago, Illinois. Being in the legal profession for many years gives Tammy the insight to gather facts and analyze any given situation in representation of a buyer or seller. She has extensive knowledge and experience with defining a client's needs and acting on their behalf with respect and dedication. Understanding the legal process in residential, commercial and government lending is a factor to consider. 

Being a long-time resident of the Black Hills and Rapid City area, and raised on a dairy farm homesteaded by her great-grandfather in eastern South Dakota, Tammy gains her insight from a respectful background and set of values. In addition to her real estate knowledge and legal background, Tammy gives her clients the advantage of being represented by someone who "knows and lives" in the community and bases each and every decision on clarity of the situation and value.
