Julie Green

Julie Green, co-owner of EXIT Realty & Associates, has been an integral part of the company since its inception in 2009, working alongside her husband and co-owner, George Green. Julie holds the esteemed Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation in real estate and the Minority & Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) certification and has made significant contributions to the REO/Foreclosure market in Kentucky. With a track record of having assisted or completed over 500 transactions, Julie's expertise continues to grow.

In her multifaceted role at EXIT Realty Green & Associates, Julie wears various hats ? from owner and developer to handling marketing, team growth, and active involvement in sales. Prior to her real estate journey, Julie's background in management and the medical field has laid a solid foundation for her current responsibilities. She takes pride in establishing genuine connections with clients, prioritizing their needs and guiding them through the real estate process with a personal touch. 

Julie shares a passion for supporting under-recognized heroes (along with the rest of The Green Team), including teachers, firefighters, EMS, medical workers, veterans, active military, and police officers. In 2017, the team became proud affiliates of "Homes for Heroes," a commitment that has resonated throughout their office, with almost every agent contributing to the cause. To date, The Green Team has given back over $400,000 to these deserving heroes.

Beyond her professional commitments, Julie finds joy in spending time with her husband and their four children and their church family. Hobbies include cooking, gardening, cherishing scrapbooking, exercising and co-leading Financial Peace University classes with her husband. Julie Green embodies a seasoned professional with a personal touch, dedicated to making a positive impact both in the real estate world and her personal life.
