As a small business owner for 10 years, Dormaim has grown and managed numerous businesses. While running her event planning business and administrator of her Husbands Business, she learned that anticipating her client's needs and being mindful of the details is a key aspect of helping her clients reach their goals, and she brings that same philosophy to her real estate business. Prior to her career in real estate, Dormaim has also worked for the County States Attorney Office, and as a Public Relations & Marketing Manager. She is also experienced in low-income housing administration and is a Notary Public. Dormaim brings a wide range of skills to her real estate career including technology, marketing and finance abilities gained over years of professional experience. In addition to her Real Estate License, Dormaim holds a Property and Casualty Insurance License, a Certified Bail Agent, and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist.

Mrs. Green is a member of the Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS® (MSBR), Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR), and the National Association of REALTORS®. She is also a member of the MSBR membership committee, the MAR Housing Affordability and Communications/Public Relations Committees and, at the start of her career, was the MSBR Rookie REALTOR® of the Year. In addition she is active in her community with the Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Professional Women, and is Commissioner for The Dorchester County Historic Preservation Committee. She also volunteers her time with the Dorchester/Talbot County Score Program, Habitat for Humanity, as a Committee Member of Cub Scout Troop 209, and she is the Founder/CEO of the Girlfriends Care and Share Foundation.
