My name is Lloyd Smith, I am a local Columbia SC real estate agent. I specialize in working with home Sellers, Buyers, and Investors throughout the greater Columbia SC area with an emphasis on serving the following areas: Columbia, Northeast Columbia, Blythewood, Elgin, Irmo, Lexington and surrounding communities.
 
I have worked in the housing industry for more than twenty-five years and acquired my South Carolina real estate license in 2016. Since then I have continued to advance my training and education to better serve my clients and associates. To date I have achieved the following additional certifications and designations:
