 George enjoys all areas of real estate and has over the years become one of the leading agents in the Louisville and Southern IN areas in both experience, sales, and transaction volume. He was named "Agent of the Year" for Kentucky for 6 consecutive years (2016-2021) by Exit Realty Corp and also has 1st place awards in sales volume, commissions earned, and closed ends for the state of Kentucky in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019,  2020 & 2021 and in 2022, he completed his 1,000th transaction. He is as much at ease with sellers as he is seasoned buyers, first time buyers, investors, short sales, commercial real estate and has done a considerable amount of work in the REO (foreclosure) market. His resume includes affiliations with over 19 asset companies/banks throughout his 17 years of real estate experience and he prides himself on his ability to assess values in homes and quickly and accurately determine their value. He enjoys serving all his clients and agents to the best of his abilities and you will be hard-pressed to find another agent who will work harder for you than George.

 As a 3rd generation real estate broker, George grew up in the real estate industry and always knew he was destined for sales. So, in 2009, he and his wife, Julie Green, opened "Green & Associates Realty" and their dreams became a reality. As Julie took over the ownership/company development role, George work alongside as principal broker. Together they began to grow but the company really took off in 2015 when they offered the opportunity to merge with an EXIT Realty franchise in Louisville, KY. George was offered and accepted the role of Managing Broker here as Julie formed a real estate team within the brokerage called "The Green Team". The team eventually expanded to be 7 agents strong, and in 2021, they took that team and opened a free standing, full-service brokerage, now known as "EXIT Realty Green & Associates" where the team remains to this day and additional agents have joined on as well. As a bonus, George is dually licensed in Kentucky AND Indiana, so whichever side of the bridge you are on, he has you covered!

Outside of real estate, he loves spending time in "Dad Mode". George and Julie have 4 children and George loves spending time with them doing homework, scouts, soccer (LOTS of soccer!), church functions, and hanging out with their four kids. He and his wife have also found a passion for leading Financial Peace University classes and making a change in the lives of others through their volunteer efforts.
