Hi there! My name is Arti Intwala and I am a licensed REALTOR® practicing in the greater Columbia area where I specialize in assisting individuals purchasing/selling homes in Lexington, Columbia, West Columbia, Irmo, North East Columbia, Chapin, and Gilbert.

Passion, dedication, and strong work ethic describes who I am. Born in India and raised in South Carolina, I was able to appreciate both worlds and establish my roots in the greater Columbia area for more than thirty years. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science, I began my career in academic research then pharmaceutical sciences.
In todays fast paced society, I found myself at a crossroads between my career and passion. With much internal courage and my familys love & support, my passion of Real Estate has come true!
