My name is Arthur Martinez and I have been a Realtor with Exit Realty since 2010 helping buyers and sellers with their residential and commercial transactions in Ozone Park, Howard Beach, Woodhaven and surrounding Queens and Brooklyn areas. I am now a Franchisee with Exit Realty and with my partner, manage the day to day operations of a very busy office in Queens NY. I have extensive knowledge of building construction having owned and managed a construction company for over 20 years.
