After living outside of Nova Scotia, I returned to my South Shore hometown to care for an ill family member. Weighing options for a career, I knew I would be drawn to work that allowed me to deal with, and help people. Seeing a young couple buy their first home, or being there to transition retirees as they move from their long-time family home have been powerful motivators in a business that can be frantic, stressful and seemingly focused on paperwork and fine details. Over 20 years in a people business creates a wealth of trusting and lasting relationships. In fact, these relationships are the core of my success in real estate in the Halifax  South Shore corridor. Even in the relatively modest South Shore market, the continued support of new and repeat clients has helped me earn multiple top-ten and top-five standings with Exit Realty for the entire province! Hard work, great negotiating skills, a solid marketing plan and being an early adopter of technology have gone a long way for my clients. The reach of my properties extends into some of the largest real estate networks and social media channels in North Americaand beyond. And when there is a deal on the tableI have had great success in keeping the difficult ones together.
