Angelina Peña

I am a residential Realtor; Real Estate Broker, Recruiter, Trainer, and International Real Estate Speaker. I work in Salt Lake City neighborhoods of Sugar House, Wasatch Hollow, Liberty Wells, and surrounding Cities. Helping others is my passion. I thrive on giving keys to buyers, marketing and advertising listings and watching Agents bloom to their full potential. I am a hands-on Broker, often going with new agents on listing appointments and assisting them with writing their first offers. My mantra is: "Passion to Move You!"

I found my affinity for Real Estate in 2006. I transitioned from my job in the Medical field, and quickly realized that Real Estate was my lifelong dream career. By 2009 my aptitude for the business led me to become an owner of three EXIT Realty offices. We Service the Sugar House and Millcreek neighborhoods of Salt Lake City and the other in Heber City/Park City, Utah.

I hold Bachelor Degrees in Advertising, Public Relations, and Interpersonal Comm. I delight in mentoring and developing new agents; educating clients about the market, and facilitating other's dreams come true. To improve awareness about the benefits of homeownership, as well as the standard of service provided by real estate professionals, I conduct regular training sessions for our agents and the community.

I believe that REALTORS should be involved in the communities where we work. I've served in the community by volunteering or donating to People Helping People, the Sugar House Chamber of Commerce, The Road Home Homeless Shelter, The Sharing Place, religious contributions,  Habitat for Humanity (including one home in Salt Lake City that my team and I worked on personally) amongst a few.

I enjoy promoting a healthy lifestyle which includes; traveling, eating out, live music, movies, stained glass art, and raising three fantastic children. I feel that my choice to work with EXIT Realty was the best choice I could have made for my family and my Real Estate career.
