Amanda Rodriguez

Born and raised in Winter Park, Amanda Rodriguez spent much of her time in New Smyrna Beach with her family and friends. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, she was drawn back to the town where some of her happiest memories were made, hoping to help others make memories of their own. 

For over a decade, Amanda has been doing exactly that as a top-producing real estate professional in New Smyrna Beach. She was the recipient of the 2014 Rising Star Award by the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS® and was honored by the Women's Council of REALTORS® Volusia County with the Top Gun award in March 2021 and March of 2023. In addition to being a member of all the local Realtor Associations, she has and continues to serve on many local professional committees. 

Amanda has built her successful business on hard work and dedication while ensuring that each transaction goes as smoothly as possible. She genuinely cares about her customers and colleagues and prides herself on bringing a personal touch to her professional relationships. Amanda strongly believes that a successful closing is not the end of a business relationship, but the beginning of a friendship.
