Alain Tennekoon

Being in the Wall Street side of the business for years, Alain came to love Real Estate and decided he'd like to be boots on the ground helping others with their real estate needs. The potential to learn something new every day, the merit-based system, getting to know new people, the possibility to do good, and the outlet for creativity are what he enjoys most about real estate. 

After graduation from Penn State with a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems, Alain nurses over 15 years of experience across top tier financial services banks spanning roles in accounting, finance, operations, and strategy. He formerly supported a Credit Default Swap and Mortgage Backed Securities desk that have been the backbone of the Real Estate industry. Having this perspective of the market is a powerful tool when it comes down to the most granular form of those markets, real estate.

When Alain is not assisting his real estate clients, he enjoys traveling, motorcycling, exercising, reading, learning, and spending time with family and friends.
